Journey, a newly funded Denver-based software startup, is fundamentally solving how businesses and their customers exchange information.
Have you ever called a business and been forced to enter in long strings of account numbers and pin numbers, then connected to an agent who asks you to repeat it, only to transfer you to someone else where you start all over again?
Have you ever logged into an online account and been asked for your favorite pizza topping or high school mascot as a “security” question?
Have you ever used a simple password and thought to yourself – I wonder how many times that info has been leaked already?
Have you ever talked to a business on the phone and felt uncomfortable telling the person your credit card number and billing address – knowing that now that they’ve heard it, there’s nothing stopping them from using it?
We solve all those problems. It’s where digital privacy, customer experience, and cybersecurity intersect. We’re a team of roughly 30 people, with a healthy mix of seasoned serial entrepreneurs / tech leaders and wildly talented people who are earlier in their careers, and we’re proud to call Denver home while we work to change the world. The Job:
We’re rapidly expanding our sales and marketing teams, and this person will play a crucial and lead role in designing a wide range of interactive and multimedia content. From motion graphic explainer videos to pitch decks to web assets – we’re looking for a creative mastermind to help bring our demos and products to the next level!
To put it simply – you will be the lead person in charge of bringing our story to life using visual media to all our audiences.

Above all else – your job is to craft, design and tell compelling stories around Journey’s products, mission and vision. You’ll work closely with our content marketing team to bring the story to life and make it accessilble and compelling.
