Electronic forms, or eForms, is a convenient and simple way to interact with users who are using a browser to pass information to the business.

Journey’s version of eForms are all Zero Knowledge, meaning that some or all of the information can be verified by not actually shown to the agent, increasing security and privacy.

• a text message containing a link initiated by the IVR
